Today we went to the Pfunky Griddle in Nashville after a friend posted her trip about it on her blog we decided to check it out. For a few reasons, B loves pancakes and syrup and we thought it sounded neat. So this morning we got up and got dressed and headed out to the http://www.thepfunkygriddle.com/ to have breakfast. Upon our arrival we were the only people there on a Friday morning at 8:30 am. Everyone one ordered all you can eat pancakes. We each got to choose a topping J and I both got pecans and B got chocolate chips and E had strawberries. They bring you your pancake batter to the table with a " flipper" as B calls it for everyone. Then at your own pace you make the pancakes. It was fun.
